Martin Professional Building is a new 2-story, multi-tenant professional office building and new home to Martin & Wagner, P.A. breaking ground on a .7 acre former vacant site in Rogers at 21330 John Milless Drive, the same street as the Rogers Library and the Chamber of Commerce. The new 7,930 square feet building will provide modern office space to the growing law firm of Martin & Wagner, P.A. on the second floor. The first floor is available for lease either in its entirety as 3,000 square feet or can be subdivided for 2 businesses. The first floor will be built to suit the tenants’ needs.
Roger’s city and county officials as well as the property development and construction team will join the owner, attorneys, and staff of Martin & Wagner, P.A., as well as other guests at the event to celebrate the construction kick-off. Ceremonious shoveling of the earth will take place during the event.

Our law firm has grown over the years and we were in need of a larger office. Because there is limited professional office space in Rogers, I wanted to build a new building that not only offered us the space we need for our family law, estate planning, and criminal defense attorneys and staff as well as the clients who work with us, but also provide additional modern office space for other businesses.” She adds, “I have always wanted to own my own building - this is an exciting time!”
Martin wanted to add to the landscape of Rogers commercial structures with a building that provided architectural details and a style that added to the business community. Together with the architects of Distyle Design, the owner of Martin Professional Building created a welcoming and warm exterior that carries through to the inside. The exterior is clad in contemporary metallic copper stucco to mimic the look of metal panels and balanced with natural stone and aluminum detailing. Large storefront windows on all sides maximize natural lighting within the building. To add interest as well as function, the exterior windows are shaded with soft, colorful canvas awnings. A large 2-story entrance tower opens into a winding interior staircase and lobby.
